What the Warranty Covers

Every Aurelle watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the movement and workmanship under normal, everyday use. It covers your watch when the fault lies with how it was made — not how it was worn.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

To be clear and fair, the warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches to the case, crystal, or strap that come with everyday use.
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, or improper handling.
• Water damage that occurs beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating, or from operating the crown while the watch is wet.
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, perfumes, or magnetic fields.
• Routine maintenance, battery replacement, and servicing.
• Any watch that has been opened, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Aurelle or an authorized partner.
• Watches purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

   If your claim is approved, we will send instructions for returning your watch to us.

   Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will repair it, replace it, or — where neither is possible — offer a suitable resolution, at no cost to you.

A Note on Water Resistance

Water resistance ratings describe how a watch performs when new, tested under controlled laboratory conditions. They are not permanent guarantees. The seals that keep water out naturally age and can weaken over time with wear, temperature changes, and exposure to soaps, oils, and chemicals. We recommend never operating the crown or pushers underwater, and having water resistance checked periodically if you wear your watch in water. Water damage caused by use beyond the rated resistance is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Terms

• This warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery.
• It applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required for any claim.
• Where a defect is confirmed, repair or replacement is provided at no charge, including return shipping.
• This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your country, which are not affected by this warranty.

Caring for Your Aurelle

A little care keeps your watch looking and running beautifully for years to come:

• Wipe the case and bracelet gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and oils.
• Keep your watch away from perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, which can affect the finish and seals.
• Store your watch in its box or a soft pouch when not worn, away from extreme heat or direct sunlight.
• Avoid magnets and sudden impacts, which can affect timekeeping.
