Our 30-Day Promise

You may return any Aurelle watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We want you to be completely happy with your watch, and this window gives you time to be sure.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet these simple conditions:

• The watch is unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
• All original packaging, tags, protective films, and included accessories are returned with the watch.
• The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Watches that show signs of wear, damage, sizing alterations, or missing packaging may not qualify for a full refund, and we may decline the return or apply a deduction. We inspect every returned watch with care and fairness.

How to Start a Return

   We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

   Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

   Once we receive and inspect your watch, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except where the watch arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case Aurelle covers the full cost of return. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once your returned watch is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different Aurelle? The fastest way is to return your original watch for a refund and place a new order for the piece you would like. If you need help choosing, simply reach out — we are always happy to help you find the right one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every Aurelle is inspected before it ships, but if your watch arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you.

One-Year Warranty

Every Aurelle watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the movement and workmanship under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your watch at no cost to you. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A Note on Water Resistance

Water resistance ratings describe a watch's performance when new, under laboratory conditions. They are not permanent guarantees, and resistance can lessen over time with wear and age. We recommend never operating the crown underwater and having water resistance checked periodically. Water damage caused by use beyond the rated resistance is not covered under warranty.
