From the moment you order to the moment your Aurelle arrives, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Here's how to follow your watch on its journey to you.
How Tracking Works
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Simply click the link, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website, to see exactly where your watch is.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your watch leaves our facility, your tracking number is emailed to you right away. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we'll be glad to help.
How to Track Your Order

If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in at any time to view your order status and tracking details under your order history.

Delivery times include processing and handling. These are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or customs clearance.
My Tracking Hasn't Updated
It's normal for tracking to take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after you receive your number, especially over weekends and holidays. Once the carrier scans your package into their network, updates will appear. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
My Order Says Delivered, But I Don't Have It
Occasionally carriers mark a package as delivered slightly before it arrives. Please allow up to 24 hours, check around your delivery location and with neighbours, and confirm the address on your order. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
