Shipping Policy

At Aurelle, we believe the wait for something beautiful should be short, and the experience of receiving it should feel as considered as the watch itself. Every order is packed with care and dispatched quickly, so your Aurelle reaches you ready to be worn and loved.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM PST are prepared the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times include processing and handling. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping is a flat $5.99. Need it sooner? Fast shipping delivers in 1 to 4 business days for a flat $5.99.

Europe Shipping

We are proud to bring Aurelle to customers across Europe. The same simple structure applies, with delivery times adjusted for international transit.

European delivery times of 5 to 8 working days include processing and handling. Free standard shipping applies to all European orders over $99; orders under $99 ship for a flat $5.99.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not collected by Aurelle and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If you are unsure what may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your Aurelle ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your watch on its way to you. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we will be glad to help.

A Few Important Notes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
  • Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Weather, holidays, and customs clearance can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
  • If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us right away and we will make it right.
