Our cases and bracelets are made from stainless steel, with several models using premium 316L surgical-grade steel that is hypoallergenic and highly corrosion-resistant. Aurelle watches are designed for the female wrist, with case sizes ranging from a delicate 25mm to a bolder, modern 36mm. Each product page lists the exact case diameter so you can choose the proportion that suits you — petite and refined, or confident and contemporary.

Our watches are water-resistant, not waterproof — an important difference. Depending on the model, Aurelle watches carry a 3ATM (30m) or 5ATM (50m) rating. In everyday terms:

• 3ATM (30m): withstands splashes, rain, and hand-washing. Not for showering or swimming.
• 5ATM (50m): withstands splashes, rain, and brief, shallow water contact. Not designed for swimming laps, diving, or hot showers.

We recommend removing your watch before swimming, showering, or bathing. Water resistance is measured when a watch is new and can lessen over time, so it's best treated as protection against everyday moisture rather than a licence to submerge.

A little care keeps your watch looking beautiful for years:

• Keep it away from perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, which can affect the finish and seals.
• Store it in its box or a soft pouch, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Yes — like all quartz watches, your Aurelle uses a battery that will eventually need replacing, typically every two to three years. Battery replacement is simple and can be done by any local jeweller or watch service. It is considered routine maintenance and is not covered under warranty.

In the United States, standard shipping is free on orders over $99, and a flat $5.99 on orders under $99, arriving in 2 to 6 business days. Need it sooner? Fast shipping delivers in 1 to 4 business days for $5.99. In Europe, the same pricing applies, with delivery in 5 to 8 working days. All delivery times include processing and handling.

For orders shipped internationally, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. As soon as your watch ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll help.

You may return any unworn Aurelle watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch must be unworn and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the watch arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to post the refund to your account.

Yes. Every Aurelle watch comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the movement and workmanship under normal use.
